Vintage Conn director trombone serial number 520-263
DESCRIPTION & CONDITION
For your consideration, from a recent estate sale, a vintage Conn Director  trombone is in nice condition with the original case.
Serial # 520-263 shows that it was made in 1955.
I have done some
research on the Conn web site and it shows a list of
Serial numbers showing 52,000 was made in 1955.
Action on the slide is very nice and smooth . Very little brass loss overall. Several small dents on the  horn that are reasonably inconspicuous. has some small dents on the curved
part
(HAS NO  mouthpiece.)
ORIGINAL
CONN CASE WITH  2 CONN LOGO 1 inside and 1 outside ,  burgundy  Velvet inside of wood case is NICE ON THE INSIDE . Bell side of case outer skin needs repair / gluing due to wear. Leather accent around edge of top side of case,  locks and protected skid plates are very tarness
