    Description

    This is a rare original painted cast iron advertising piece for Kohler & Campbell Pianos that we believe was originally a sign bracket of some sort, possibly from the factory in New York. The few known examples have various font styles and verbiage. I have yet to find an early porcelain sign that would’ve hung from it, but it could’ve been some sort of generic trade sign like piano keys that hung from it, which got separated from the bracket at some point and sold unknowingly. If you know better, please message us. It does have some finish loss from use & handling over the years. It also has some recent surface rust to the back and top from unexpected moisture exposure in transit. It measures approximately 36.5” long x 7.5” tall x .75” thick and weighs 7 pounds 3 ounces. It is sold as found, as shown in the photographs.
